INVOLTINI DI PESCE SPADA
(Bracioli di Pisci Spata)
 

Ingredients:
12 slices of Swordfish - 150gr. of bread crumbs - 6 anchovy fillets in oil - 2 cloves of chopped garlic - 2 lemons - 1 onion - bay leaves - salt - chilli.

Preparation:

In a pan, melt the anchovy fillets with oil over low heat. Add the breadcrumbs, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Stuff the slices of Swordfish with the dough and roll them tightly. Spread the rolls with a spit, sprinkle with oil and lemon and between a roll and another metete a piece of onion and a bay leaf. Bake at a moderate temperature for 20 minutes, taking care not to let them dry. For this dish, cut the Swordfish into fairly thin slices.
