SGOMBRI ARROSTITI
(Sgumbri arrustuti)

Ingredients:
4 Mackerel - 2 glasses of Vinegar - 2 Lemons - Oregano - Salt - Pepper.

Preparation:

Clean the mackerel, removing the bones and opening them to the book. Put them to marinate in a bowl with vinegar for 20 minutes, drain them and cook them on the grill. Prepare the salmoriglio to season them with a little oil, oregano, salt, pepper and lemon juice and pour it over the fish.
