WINES FOR PASSION
All the grapes come from only by the vineyards of the middle west Sicily, where the favourable sun exposure, the peculiar microclimate, the wine growing methods and the hand grape harvest contribute to produce a very high quality grapes.
The whole production of Venticolli Wines takes place in the winery respecting the noble Sicilian wine making tradition together with the most modern wine making techniques:
- Soft pressing an controlled thermovinification for white wines;
- The fermentation in stainless steel thanks that allow the maximum control of the temperature;
- The aging in oak barrels where the wine stays under the control and care of the winemaker and wine experts during the    maturation wine phases;
- The bottling where the aging of wine completes.
