800gr. of pork loin - 1Kg. of new potatoes - 5 tablespoons of oil - 10 grains of white pepper - 1 clove of garlic - rosemary - bay leaf - flour - salt.
Preparation:
Place the loin in flour in a baking tin and fry with all the aromas, add the peeled potatoes and cut into thin slices, salt and pepper. Add the juice of the three lemons, the grated peel of a lemon and a glass of water. Cook for about an hour in a hot oven.
