MINESTRA DI TENERUMI
(Pasta cchi' Tinnirumi)
 

Ingredients:
500gr. of Spaghetti with splits - 150gr. of Caciocavallo cut into small cubes - 2 bunches of Tenerumi - 2 ripe tomatoes - 2 cloves of Garlic - Salt - Pepper - Oil.

Preparation:

Cut the leaves and the tender parts of the stalks into small pieces, wash them and boil them in boiling salted water. After 10/15 minutes pour the spaghetti. In a small saucepan, brown the whole garlic in a little oil, which you remove as soon as it is golden, and the peeled tomatoes, removed from the seeds and cut into pieces. Cook for 10 minutes and pour the sauce into the pot with the toppings and the pasta. Before turning off add the diced cheese.
