TONNO CON LE CIPOLLE E L'ACETO
(Tunnina cca' stimpirata)
 

Ingredients:
4 slices of tuna - 2-3 tomatoes - 2 onions - 100gr. Green olives - 50gr. Capers - 50gr. Flour - a stalk of celery - 1/2 glass of vinegar - salt - pepper - oil.

Preparation:

Flour and fry the slices of tuna. In a pan with a little oil, fry the onions cut into thin slices, add the chopped celery, the capers and the pitted olives and cut into small pieces. After 5 minutes add the peeled tomato cut into small pieces and a glass of warm water. Cook until the sauce has shrunk. Put the slices of tuna on the sauce, sprinkle the vinegar and, when it has evaporated, turn off the heat.
