500gr. Green olives - 2 cloves of garlic - basil - parsley - chilli - oil - vinegar.
Preparation:
Crush the Olives and season with garlic, basil, parsley and chopped pepper. Cover the jar with oil and a few drops of vinegar.
VARIATION: you can season the olives with the gardener, or with oregano and garlic covered with oil, or with a liter of water and 200gr. of salt (brine). This dish goes very well with a salad of soft fennel and / or tomatoes. In the pantry of the Sicilians it is always present in all seasons of the year.
