POLPETTE AL SUGO

Ingredients:
500gr. of minced meat - 1Kg. of Tomatoes - 80gr. of grated cheese - 50gr. of grated bread - 50gr. of minced Mortadella - 1 Egg - 1 Onion - Basil - Parsley - Salt - Pepper - Oil.

Preparation:

Prepare the sauce with the chopped tomato, onion, basil and salt. Cook for thirty minutes and then pass in the vegetable pass. Meanwhile, knead in a bowl the minced meat with mortadella, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, egg, salt and pepper and scented with parsley and basil. Knead the meatballs and make them color in a pan with hot oil. Put in the sauce and cook for 10 minutes.
