4 slices of Swordfish - 4 Lemons - 150gr. of Breadcrumbs - 1 tablespoon of Oregano - Chilli pepper - Oil.
Preparation:
In a bowl macerated for 30 minutes the fish with oil, lemon juice, grated lemon peel, oregano, salt and a pinch of pepper. Then pass the slices of fish in breadcrumbs and place them in a pan previously greased with oil. Put in a hot oven for 30 minutes taking care to turn the slices halfway through cooking. Serve garnished with lemon slices.
