ALICI ALL'AGRODOLCE

Ingredients:
1Kg. of clean and delisced anchovies - 150gr. Flour - 1/2 glass of vinegar - 1 clove of garlic - 30gr. of sugar -1 bay leaf - salt - pepper.

Preparation:

Flour the fish and fry it. Brown the garlic and bay leaf in a little oil in a pan, add the vinegar with the sugar and cook for 1 or 2 minutes. Turn off and pour over the already fried fish. Garnish with fresh mint.
