SCALOPPE AL MARSALA
 

Ingredients:
5-6 slices of Veal - 1 glass of dry Marsala - flour - salt - pepper.

Preparation:
Flour the slices of meat and pass them in a pan with a little oil, turn them over and pour the marsala. Continue cooking until the wine is almost all blurred and a thick sauce will be formed.
It's a very fast dish that can solve the problem of sudden guests.
VARIATION: thin slices of chicken or turkey can also be used.
