1Kg. of Peppers - 2 cloves of garlic - 4 anchovy fillets - 50 gr. of Pickled capers - 500gr. of tomatoes - Basil.
Preparation:
In a pan put a little oil, chopped garlic and anchovies that you will crush with a fork. Clean the peppers from the seeds, cut them into pieces and place them in the pan. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Add the capers, tomatoes without seeds and cut into pieces, the basil and cook for 15 minutes.
